Toni's Tudor Kitchen’s “farm” is their 2000sqm backyard in Somerset West. @tudorkitchen currently have about 29 fruit bearing trees such as peach, plum, apricot, fig, pear, apple, orange, lemon, lime, mango, pomegranate, mulberry, avocado and olive.
Toni’s passion for preserves is a direct result of their amazing garden which her and her husband spend a lot of time in and adore tending to.
All the jams are made from only fruit, sugar and lemon. In some cases like the berry jams and pepper jelly (where the natural pectins are low) Toni adds powdered pectin which is also a natural product made from citrus rinds.
