Warm Oats Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Plant Milk (I like oat milk)
- 1 Cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp date syrup
- 1 Tbsp toasted almonds
- 1 tsp hunny
- x2 medium green apples peeled, cut in pieces them steamed or baked.
Recipe:
1.Combinee oats, milk, water, salt , date syrup and 1/2 the cinnamon in a medium pot and bring to the boil. Then reduce heat.
2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally.
3. Top with warm apple pieces, toasted almonds and remainder of cinnamon. Drizzle with hunny and enjoy warm!
